Project #4: Nursery decorating.

More of the photo enlargement project from last week:

Because my over achievers were five weeks early, we never really finished the nursery to my liking — everything was kind of slapped together and has kind of stayed that way for the past year. There were several projects I wanted to finally finish — the alphabet cards you see up there were one of them. I got a set of Cavallini & Co. flash cards half price years ago, before I even thought about having babies, and have wanted to hang them since I found I we were pregnant.

(I love just about everything that company produces.)

The other thing I wanted to do was get some photos of the babies up in there. I got these two photos enlarged to 14X14 at Kinkos and covered the mat in remnants of the wallpaper that’s on the accent wall on the opposite side of the room from where the photos are hung.

So those are the other two prints I got with the two that I showed earlier, all for about $150. Not too bad, I think.

Hmmmmm, well, I guess I’ll come and check it out in person. But from here, it looks really good!

Okay, so besides your side job as a photographer…you should be an interior decorator. People, like me, with absolutely no talent like this, would totally hire you to do this in a room!
