Super Jack.

I bought two super hero capes at Target a couple of weeks back. No one was very interested in them at first, but Justin put Jack’s on Sunday, and, suddenly, a hero was born.

I give you SUPER JACK.

He put the cape on and his whole demeanor changed.

How does he even know what a cape is, or what it means? He was flipping it around himself like a pro…

…using its super hero protection to approach old foes…

…and putting the crackdown on evil doers.

But he was never too busy to help his sister get a snack.

So cute…it was killing me.

But sometimes, the weight of saving the world gets to even the bravest of us.

Don’t worry, Super Jack. The finest heroes are the ones that can show their vulnerability.

I see a dress-up box in your future… let me know when you’re ready – moms’ group mamas are always looking to clean out the dress-up stuff 🙂
