Little Miss Emme has a new trick.

She and Jack have been “kissing” us for some time now: they’ll lean in to us and press their faces against ours for a few brief seconds. But Emme has taken it to another level: now, she’ll hover just slightly above your cheek for a few seconds, breathing on you, then make the smallest, most delicate sound you’ve ever heard: a tiny little exhalation of breath that sounds like “puh”. And that’s a kiss. It slays me. I can’t stop asking for kisses. She’s to the point where she’s looking at me with an expression that says, “Have you no pride, mother?” I wish we could video tape it but it’s such a small noise, I don’t think the camera would pick it up.
Adorable.
